My Must Have Bragg Products!

Apple Cider Vinegar aka “Mother” for the win! Well, I am not going to lie to you (I would never), but it took me some time to get this baby in my system. I personally can’t drink ACV straight so when I found out that Bragg’s had a solution for me, I was thrilled.

There are tons of benefits for ACV, from helping with digestion, helps lower cholesterol, helps lower sugar levels, and more. It’s a must have, obvs! ** You can find many more benefits for ACV, and recipes to use with a simple search.Β If you want to incorporate ACV in your diet, and are looking for a way too, this Apple Cider Vinegar Drink by Bragg is it!

Now let’s talk amino acids! Our body needs 20 types of amino acids to do its work. And through food, we are able to get 9 of the essential ones that our body needs the most!

9 Essential Amino Acids:

  • L-Valine
  • L-Leucine
  • L-Isoleucine
  • L-Threonine
  • L-Histidine
  • L-Methionine
  • L-Lysine
  • L-Phenylalanine
  • L-tryptophan

Lucky for us, Bragg’s Liquid Aminos covers 16 of the amino acids both essentials + non-essentials, and makes for a great alternative to soy sauce. It is gluten-free, and non-gmo certified! I cook with this product a lot, especially in stir-fry, fried rice, salads, roasted vegetables and plenty more.

I keep these two Bragg product in my pantry at all time!
